Regular inspections can ensure your tenants and property are both safe and careful (a full report is available after every inspection). Reports often reveal hidden problems such as leaking pipes, electrical faults, cracked tiles, corroded iron and so on.

For many landlords, the biggest problem can often be tenants who really don't give a damn. We can mediate on your behalf to ensure tenants maintain your premises to an acceptable standard (the bond you receive will rarely cover repairs).

It is important to view the property with the landlord or their agent. While looking through your new rental, you should also inspect for damage, wear and tear, marks, cracks and other potential hazards. Immediately bring any faults to the attention of the landlord or their agent.
