Help
Downloading Updates To download an update, use the following steps
  1. Select a licence in the appropriate language from the download list
  2. Click on  "Save" from the message box
  3. Select a folder (directory) on your computer where the file is to be downloaded. Do Not save in the same folder as Road Code Assistant. We suggest you save to your Temp or My Documents folder
  4. Extract the .ZIP file you have downloaded (if you don't have an extraction utility such as WinZip, you can download an evaluation copy from www.winzip.com). If you are using Win XP, use the Extract facility
  5. Run the file "Update.exe" to automatically update Road Code Assistant.

Repeat these 5 steps for each update you want to use
If you are downloading a new class of licence, "Update.exe" will automatically add this to your available list of topics

N O T E

1. All updates are free but require Road Code Assistant to be installed and registered on your computer. Upgrades are free for a limited time only to current customers

2. Make sure the downloaded file matches the size reported by the download window. If your file is smaller, a connection error has probably caused the download to stop prematurely. If this happens, restart your browser then try downloading again

3. Once you have downloaded and installed your Update, we recommend that you save a copy of the compressed (zip) file to a removable storage medium such as a floppy disk or CD
